2. Ownership of Materials

All Materials available through this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Ownership of the Materials remains with the copyright owner, publisher, composer, arranger, lyricist, or other rights holder.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

3. Permitted Non-Commercial Uses

Subject to these Terms, users may:

• Print copies of the Materials.

5. Attribution Requirement

When reasonably practical, users shall provide attribution substantially in the following form:

“Music by Gerald Ginsburg. Used under permission from the Herman, Rebecca, and Gerald Ginsburg Foundation.”

Additional attribution requirements may be specified on individual works.

6. Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing by the copyright owner or publisher, users may not:

• Sell, license, rent, or commercially distribute the Materials.
• Charge admission specifically for performances of the Materials.
• Use the Materials in connection with commercial advertising or promotion.
• Upload the Materials to commercial sheet music platforms or marketplaces.
• Remove copyright notices, credits, watermarks, or attribution information.
• Claim ownership of the Materials.

However, schools, colleges, universities, churches, community ensembles, youth organizations, and other nonprofit educational or charitable organizations may publicly perform the Materials without obtaining additional permission from the publisher, provided that:

• The performance is non-commercial in nature.
• No separate admission fee is charged specifically for the performance of the Materials.
• Appropriate attribution is provided where reasonably practical.
• The performance otherwise complies with these Terms of Service.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Misrepresent authorship or ownership.

10. Disclaimer
