Coming up in May! LaGuardia High School Ginsburg Song Competition

The Herman, Rebecca, and Gerald Ginsburg Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of the “Ginsburg Song Competition” for high school students studying voice and musical theater at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts, a public school in Manhattan. Coming in May, 2026, the competition will offer $1000, $750, and $500 prizes to the top three students who prepare and perform one of Ginsburg’s songs. As part of this competition, students will also have access to vocal coaching by our Artistic Director Paul Lincoln, a seasoned performer, arranger, and producer of Ginsburg’s work. Collaborations such as these affirm our commitment to music education and meaningfully extend Ginsburg’s legacy of working with and supporting young singers.  We seek to extend similar opportunities to other schools and locales. If you are a student, teacher, or administrator who is interested in partnering, please use our contact page to get in touch....
